We have a , which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
The buyer will be responsible for the return postage which is non-refundable. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We offer the following shipping options -
Royal Mail 1st Class - delivery within 1-3 days working days.
Royal Mail Tracked24 - delivery aim 24 hours.
Royal Mail Tracked48 - delivery aim 48 hours.
Please note shipping times do not include the turnaround time of which your order will be processed.
All time estimates are from the Royal Mail Website.
At present I am not shipping internationally, but the good news is this is something we are working on, so watch this space!

Each and every one of our items are lovingly hand-crafted and made to order.
Our current turnaround time is 7-10 working days (excluding weekends) of the order being placed - this time may increase in busier times of the year but I will always notify you of this.
More often than not your orders will be completed before the 10 working days.
